Q. What is Say it Live Kiosk®
A. Say it Live Kiosk® is the on-line communications solution for people that wish to create personal image cards and voiceover without the expense of a major production studio. Simple and easy to use, Say it Live Kiosk® enables non-technical computer users to create and share with clients, friends, family and friends their own masterful productions without any special skills to learn or software to down load.

Q. How do I create a Say it Live Kiosk® card?
A. Create a Say it Live Kiosk® card is quick easy and requires no specials skills or software. Simply register to create your user account then simply select an option of a 3 slide/:20 second card or a 5 slide/:40 second card. Type an opening greeting then upload your own images, type caption for each image then click submit. You will be assigned your user ID number and Password. To record your audio track simply dial the number on the screen (remember to include the # after your ID number) then follow the audio prompts to record and review your recording. Once you are satisfied with the audio simply press the “Compile” button screen. In a mere few moments you will able to preview your card and select then edit option to change text, or re-record your audio track. Once satisfied select the “here” button then purchase your card. For security purposes we require your first and last names and address for your credit card match your Say it Live Kiosk® registration information. After processing your payment is completed you will receive an email to the address registered that includes a text link to your card. Simply forward this link to your contacts and begin sharing you newest creation.

Q. What size images can I include?
A. Maximum width is 600 pixels and height is 800 pixels. Formats required are either .jpg or .gif files.

Q. Can I include text with the images?
A. If you have photo-editing software you may wish to imbed additional text within your images. Each image has a caption text attached that you can use to customize a message for each image.

Q. How do I record my voiceover?
A. After uploading your own images, type caption for each image then click submit. You will be assigned your user ID number and Password. Q. How many cards I have live at one time?
A. There is no limit to the number and variety of cards you can create and host with Say it Live Kiosk®. If you have multiple products to show or different events to share with family and friends simply create a unique card for each one. Each card created will be billed at the prevailing rate to the credit card number previously submitted, unless you provide an alternate credit card.

Q. Can I increase the number of viewers and the viewing period?
A. Yes. You may increase the number of viewers and extend the view by simply requesting making payment for another 1,000 views or an additional 30 days.

Q. What happens with the card after the expiration?
A. Say it Live Kiosk® cards that are not submitted for renewal after 30 days will not be deleted from your account, however the can not viewed by your contacts unless you request a continued subscription for another 1,000 views or an additional 30 days

Q. How do I keep a card permanently?
A. You may request that your Say it Live Kiosk® card be recorded to CD and sent to you to keep permanently. Simply email: info@sayitlive.com with your request and a customer service representative will contact you with the details. A fee will charged for the CD authoring, shipping and handling.

A. The commercial applications and licenses of Say it Live Kiosk® are available. Corporations that wish to make Say it Live Kiosk® available for an audience of say 2 or 200,000 or cards with ten, twenty or more images that wish to create a custom audio track with voice and music that will run to four or five minutes are available.
